How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Track your quiz progress and points
- Display leaderboards and rankings
- Manage the prize draw system
- Process referrals
- Communicate important updates about the contest
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Quiz questions are downloaded and stored locally on your device in encrypted form.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your username and country may be visible to other users through the leaderboard. We do not share your email address with third parties.
Advertising & Data Collection (Google AdMob)
IQ Legends displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and may run website analytics and advertising through Google technologies. We use Google Consent Mode v2 and apply regional consent controls before activating non-essential tracking in GDPR regions.
If advertising consent is denied, we request non-personalized ad behavior and disable ad personalization signals.

Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
Cookies & Local Storage
Our website and app use cookies/local storage in four categories: Essential, Analytics, Advertising, and Functional. Essential storage is always active for security, language and consent records. Non-essential categories are controlled by your consent preferences based on your region.
We store consent version and timestamp for auditability and compliance logs.
Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD)
Users in EU/EEA/UK/CH can accept, reject non-essential cookies, or manage category-level preferences before non-essential tracking activates.
Users in California can use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control.

All users can update choices anytime from Privacy Settings in the website footer or in-app settings.
