We collect your username, email address, country, and quiz performance data (points, questions answered, quizzes played). This data is necessary to operate the contest and leaderboard.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Track your quiz progress and points
- Display leaderboards and rankings
- Manage the prize draw system
- Process referrals
- Communicate important updates about the contest
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Quiz questions are downloaded and stored locally on your device in encrypted form.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your username and country may be visible to other users through the leaderboard. We do not share your email address with third parties.
Advertising & Data Collection (Google AdMob)
IQ Legends displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, Google AdMob may collect and process the following data:
• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID on Android)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage and interaction data
On iOS, you will be asked for permission to track your activity across apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You may deny this permission at any time in your device Settings. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) will be shown a consent form on first launch in accordance with GDPR. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the app settings.

Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
Cookies & Local Storage
The app uses local storage (AsyncStorage) to cache your quiz progress and preferences. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app.
